Returning your purchase

In order for you to enjoy our high-quality products to the fullest, we deliver our products when you can plant them. We advise you to plant the products you receive as soon as possible after receipt.

Green products

Due to the nature of some green products, it is not possible to return them, and the right of revocation is excluded. These products may deteriorate during the reflection period.

If you are not satisfied with your green product, please contact our customer service department. In most cases, we ask you not to return the green product to us due to damage. You can reach us via customerservice.uk@bakker.com or 0113 2375580.


Other products, such as garden tools and lighting

Returns are possible. However, you must return within 14 days of receipt. If possible, we would like to receive these items in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service department via customerservice.uk@bakker.com or 0113 2375580. 

The revocation period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. 

We will only refund you by bank transfer. We may postpone a refund until we have received the goods, or until you can prove that you have returned the goods.The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
