If you are not at home

If you are not at home when your order is being delivered, the parcel will be:

  • Delivered to your neighbours. You will find a proof of delivery of this in your mailbox.
  • The delivery will be taken back and offered again at a later time.  You will also receive a message about this in your mailbox. This message also includes information about how you can change (until 22:00) the delivery address for the 2nd delivery attempt. 
  • If the delivery service has not been able to deliver the parcel to you after 2 delivery attempts, you will need to pick up the parcel at a collection point. You will receive a message about this in your mailbox. Bring this message along to the collection point as a pickup receipt.


Delivery times

If possible, we will ship your order in one delivery in order to protect the environment and keep the costs for you low. Bakker.com will only send your order in several deliveries in exceptional cases. This information, as well as when your order is shipped, can be found in the order confirmation that we send you immediately after ordering. We will keep you informed.

Of course, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. The delivery time of the product is stated with the products. When they are in stock, they are usually delivered within 2 to 3 days. Items that are out of stock may take a little longer.

Did you place an order outside of the Netherlands? In that case your order will take a little longer to be delivered. This table provides a good indication:

When placing your order, you can choose to send the order to another address in the United Kingdom.

Shipping orders abroad

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send your order to an address outside of the United Kingdom.
