Can I track my order?

Delivery status via email
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our customer service department. In this email you will find a link with which you can follow the order via “track and trace”. This way you know exactly where your parcel is at that moment and on which date it will be delivered to you.
Delivery status via MyBakker account 
In addition to the email you receive from us, you can always track the status of your order via “MyBakker”. It is, of course, important that you have created a MyBakker account during the order process.

You don’t have a MyBakker account? Create it easily and quickly via this link. When you place a new order, you can find the delivery status of your order in your account.

Can I change my order?

No. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be changed. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it through customer service. Has your order been shipped already? You can always return it.


Placing an order

Placing an order at is very easy.

Step 1: At, you can land on an order page in two different ways.

1) The first method is: click on a product thumbnail and click on “order now”. You will see a pop-up screen. In this pop-up screen, you can click on “add to shopping cart”.

2) The second method is: browse the web site and choose the product you want. You will land on a product information page. Here, too, you will find a button with the text “add to shopping cart”.

Once you have placed your order in your shopping cart, you will see a pop-up screen. In this pop-up screen you can click the button to view your shopping cart. You have the opportunity to enter your discount code in your shopping cart. Did you receive, for example, a discount code through your catalogue or via email? You can enter it here. Is everything filled in? Click on continue to checkout. 

Step 2: Fill in your personal details (you can also opt to log in).

Have you previously placed an order? You may already have provided your details, and you only have to log in. Your details will then be loaded automatically. 

 Step 3: Select a payment method. In this step, you can choose yourself how you wish to pay. All steps are explained when you use them.
