Show moreYou can plant Hebe 'Heartbreaker' immediately after receiving it either in a flower pot, window-box or in the garden. If you are planting it in a large pot, make sure there are holes in the base and cover the bottom with a layer of potsherds or hydrograins. Put fresh potting compost in the pot and plant the root ball of Hebe 'Heartbreaker' at the correct depth. Fill with compost and press firmly. Give it plenty of water immediately after planting. Place the pot in an elevated, sunny area. Line the porous pot with plastic or a pot liner in order to prevent evaporation so that the soil dries out less quickly. You can also plant Hebe 'Heartbreaker' in the garden. Improve your garden soil by mixing in some fresh potting compost.
