How do I plant these air-purifying plants in a pot?

The air-purifying plants are delivered in a standard grower’s pot. You can move the plants to a larger pot, but be sure to use humus-rich potting soil. A decorative pot is also an option. If you decide not to, a plant saucer underneath will do the trick: it is all right if the water sits in the saucer for a while. Only add new water once the old water has been absorbed or has evaporated. Check to see if the saucer is dry before watering the plant.

Place the pot in a bright location in the living room. Morning and evening sunlight are good for the plant, but avoid the intense afternoon sun.

How do I care for air-purifying plants in the summer?

Water them twice a week during the summer. Air-purifying plants love moist air: spray the leaves regularly with rainwater to keep them looking great. If the air is too dry, the edges of the leaves may dry out.

How do I care for air-purifying plants in the winter?

Water them once a week in the winter. In the winter, the dry air from central heating is poorly tolerated by the plants. Place them in a cool location during the winter (at least 15 ˚C).
